From the LIKASAKA Manwal of Dante Delima and Teresa Saniano:

Gives micro-nutrients to plants and animals.  Fermented Seaweeds, or KB Damong-Dagat is the extract from fermented seaweeds.  It is rich in iodine, sodium, chloride, magnesium, manganese etc that can be had from seaweeds.  Thru fermentation, the farmer can use these for the soil, animals and plants, to help them become healthy and drives away pests.

How:
1) Chop 1kg seaweeds
2) Mix with 1kg molasses
3) Ferment for 2-4 weeks.  In a covered plastic pail, keep it in a cool dark place.

When there is abundant supply of seaweeds, you may sun dry and store for a year.  Covered, keep it in a  cool dark place.

Use:

1) Mix 2T of seaweed extract to 1 liter water.  Use this to water the soil 3days before planting.
2) Same mixture as above, spray every 2weeks
3) You may add it also to drinking water of your farm animals
